Grace and her amazing team helped organize our house after we did a cross-country move to Colorado. Initially, it was supposed to just be an organize and put away job because our movers were supposed to unpack for us. However, in typical moving fashion, the day the movers delivered our household goods they hit us with a ‘we’re not unpacking’ so I frantically texted Grace letting her know our movers bailed on unpacking for us. She was very kind and encouraging letting me know her team could help with unpacking as well as the organizing we initially discussed. Before vs After: yes, a lot of the items from the before picture are packed away in the trailer so it’s not a completely fair comparison. But I didn’t realize how stress relieving it would be to have gone through every item with a team to get rid of things, better organize it etc. my toolbox was stressing me out in a huge way and for the first time, I have my toolbox organized and can pull our car into our old house. Who will be working in my home?

Home & Lifestyle Management services are intentionally kept limited and are supported by a small, carefully selected team. Most clients work with one primary organizer to ensure consistency, familiarity, and a personalized approach to your home.

In some cases, a second trusted team member may assist when needed, but we prioritize keeping your service as consistent and seamless as possible.

Because this is an ongoing, relationship-based service, we thoughtfully match each client with the organizer best suited to support their home and preferences.

Do I need to be home during visits?

Not at all. Many of our clients are not home during their scheduled visits.

Once we’ve completed your initial onboarding and you feel comfortable, we can work independently in your home so you can focus on your day.

We prioritize trust, consistency, and clear communication—so you’ll always know what’s been taken care of. After each visit, you’ll receive a summary of completed tasks.

If you prefer to be home, you’re absolutely welcome to be—whatever feels best for you.

How do you communicate and handle my preferences?

We combine a proactive approach with your personal preferences. You can share priorities before each visit, and we’ll follow your established systems while addressing what your home needs most. After each visit, you’ll receive a summary of completed tasks, and we always welcome feedback to make each visit even smoother.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Home Management services are offered as a recurring membership with a 3-hour minimum per visit.

We begin with a 3-month commitment to establish systems and consistency, after which services can continue on a more flexible basis.

What types of tasks are not included?

Our focus is on light cleaning, organization, and household support.

We do not provide deep cleaning, childcare, or specialized services outside the scope of home management.

If something falls outside our scope, we’re happy to help coordinate the appropriate service.

What areas do you serve around Colorado Springs?

We’re based in Colorado Springs, but we frequently work in Castle Rock, Monument, Pueblo, and nearby communities. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask—we’re happy to travel when possible. Travel fees may apply.
