One of the most common words I hear in consults with clients is “overwhelm” They can’t find what they need to, when they need it. They can’t relax in their spaces, and they feel like they are always behind.
It’s possible you are overscheduled, overworked, and overbooked. But, maybe you’re just lacking some structure.
