So, you wanna be a healthy human? So, these are your plans: Eat your veggies, don’t eat too many carbs, don’t eat added sugar, be attractively fit, take multi-vitamins with no additives, eat coconut oil with your coffee. Drink a gallon of water, avoid too much sun, use non-toxic everything, and only drink one glass of red wine a week. The list can go endlessly, and I’m actually forcing myself to stop writing.
Well, I’m kind of that girl and I know from experience and you’ve heard it before:
it cannot be just a DIET You have to make it your LIFESTYLE.
Well, guess what?
That’s true with ANYTHING you want in life.
Wanna get promoted? Everything you say or do at work will affect this.
Wanna get married? Everything you say or do will either move you closer or further away.
Wanna be more joyful? Everything you think will either move you closer or further from that mindset.
Wanna be more organized? Yep, you guessed it. You have to think like an organized person. You have to change your lifestyle, your habits and your thoughts.
